At our monthly community events, everyone who brings 20 plastic bottles receives a warm meal.

In addition, the person who brings the most bottles receives a food parcel worth CHF 20 – enough to feed a family of five for about 1–2 weeks.

We hand out 12 of these parcels a year. Since we started this competition, the number of plastic bottles collected has risen significantly.

For women in particular, it means a lot to be able to support their families while keeping their community clean.
