How does the challenge work?

Rules of Challenge 26

On July 7, Peter will embark on a run across Switzerland. A marathon every day. Through every canton. He shows that you can get far with very little. Sometimes all you need is a pair of running shoes and belief in yourself. It’s not perfection that counts, but taking the first step.

And here’s the best part: You can influence his journey! Get involved and help shape the challenge by making a donation—because every bit of support counts! Let’s make this journey unforgettable together.

What happens to the donations?

Buy Food with Plastic

Every donation goes directly to Buy Food with Plastic's social projects – a Swiss organization that enables people in Nicaragua, Ghana, and India to pay for warm meals with plastic bottles.

In addition to educational work in schools, the organization specifically builds infrastructure: collection containers, pick-up services, and local factories where new products are made from the plastic. This fosters a functioning local circular economy.

Buy Food with Plastic is currently in a strong scaling phase – the construction of a large recycling plant is planned in Nicaragua, which is intended to make a significant impact locally and internationally as a major market player.
