Country Manager

Our country managers in Nicaragua, Ghana and India – Frank Sarria, George Kwame Quansah and Shakti Yadav – play a central role in implementing our projects. They are not only firmly rooted in their local communities but also work full-time to lead operations on the ground. As local leaders, they have a deep understanding of the cultural, social and economic conditions, which enables them to make well-founded, strategic decisions.

Their tasks include overseeing daily operations, coordinating with local partners and authorities, and making sure we achieve our goals in terms of sustainability, community participation and economic empowerment. Through their work they lay the foundation for the success of our initiatives and ensure that our vision is implemented sustainably in every region.
