Warm meal

For just CHF 2 you give a person in India, Nicaragua or Ghana a warm, nutritious meal – lovingly prepared by local cooks using fresh ingredients from local markets. We take particular care that the meals are balanced and healthy, because people in the regions where we work often eat not only too little but also a very one-sided diet.

But these meals are not simply given away. Instead, a valuable exchange takes place: people receive a meal for 20 collected plastic bottles. This creates an encounter on an equal footing, in which they gain access to nutritious food through their own effort while actively helping to reduce plastic waste.
