A school workshop

Every two months we run school workshops at schools in the regions where we are active in Nicaragua, Ghana and India.

We work closely with local teachers to develop the teaching materials together and to plan and run the workshop. The children learn what plastic is, how it behaves and how recycling works – adapted to their age and level of understanding.

This is how we build a deeper awareness of environmental issues and encourage sustainable thinking from an early age.

A complete school workshop – including learning materials, transport, the teachers' wages and content development – costs CHF 500 in total.
